Tulehu Port is located in Ambon Island under the administration of the Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. The location of Tulehu Port, which is on the eastern end of Ambon Island, provides a transport access from Ambon Island to the surrounding islands. Ambon Island as the economic and administrative center of Maluku Province has an important role in which 21% of the population of Maluku is on this island. Tulehu is the main gate to the largest island in Maluku, Seram Island, going from Ambon. The population of Maluku is increasing by 1.85% per year more rapidly than the Indonesian average. To overcome the overcapacity of inter-island transportation, Tulehu Port needs expansion. In the undergraduate final paper study on the Design of Passenger Ship Port Structure in Tulehu, Maluku, we will discuss the design of the pier structure and trestle based on design criteria used as structural planning requirements taking into account the environmental conditions at the study site. This final assignment includes determining the pier and trestle dimensions, processing environmental data, calculating the load on the pier and trestle, structural modeling, structural reinforcement design, and calculating the carrying capacity of the soil. design, carried out by examining the UCR value as a reference, with a target value between 0.7 and 1.0, checking the reinforcement ratio value needed to determine the optimal cross-sectional area, and checking deflection values with values below service permit limit. From this Final Project, the structure of the pier structure and trestel are produced including the geometry of the dimensions of the structure and elements, details of reinforcement, and the depth of the design plan.
